TMC General Construction got its start in public sector projects in 2010. Since then, we’ve grown and expanded our capabilities to commercial and residential construction. Today we’re tackling multi-million dollar, high-profile projects in communities throughout Northern California.

Steve Sibillia, President & CEO
With 35 years in the industry, Steve offers steady leadership and tried-and-true experience for TMC General Construction, Inc. He spearheads the company’s short-term and long-term business development strategies, oversees operating efficiency and ensures financial strength for the company.

Luis Montes, Project Manager/

Luis Montes is a highly experienced Construction Estimator and Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the field. His extensive knowledge of framing and construction has enabled him to accurately estimate costs for projects of all sizes, from small residential projects to large commercial ones. He has a strong understanding of the industry and of construction estimating software and other tools. He is able to accurately calculate project costs, research and analyze industry trends, and communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other members of the construction team. He has successfully managed several large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring that all objectives are met within budget and on time. He is a trusted source of advice and guidance when it comes to complex framing and construction projects.

Jason Simao, Vice President
As vice president, Jason plays a key role in business development and client relations. He is also heavily involved in estimation and development of each project, giving clients a sense of reliability and dedication they can trust. Jason has worked in the industry for more than 30 years.

Moises Ramos, General Superintendent

Moises Ramos is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience in framing and supervision. He has a strong record of success in overseeing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring that all safety regulations and building codes are strictly adhered to. His expertise in framing includes the installation of walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as roofing and siding. Throughout his career, he has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from single-family homes to multi-story commercial buildings. In addition to his construction knowledge, Moises also brings excellent organizational and leadership skills to the table. He is a natural leader, able to delegate tasks and manage crews effectively. He is also highly organized, ensuring that all aspects of the job are kept on track and completed within budget and on time.
